"Lively pool area with gorgeous meandering pools and waterfalls. Terrific variety of restaurants. Fantastic light show at night. Room was enormous. Glad I went but I probably won't stay again. Too many small inconveniences that added up. Parking is poorly designed and signage truly awful. Confusing map and the entire complex is enormous. Food at restaurants was just so-so. Room service took forever. Website said light show was cancelled but it wasn't. 3 light fixtures in room didn't work at all....

"Great hotel! Right on beach. A 15 min walk to Los olas blvd. Uber is about $15 average. Lots of golf carts but those are more expensive rides. Pools are nice. Lots of beach chairs "

"The location was perfect. The hotel is taking shape and they are still ironing out the bugs. The cleaning staff were very late to make up the room daily. There was no way to ask them not to clean. They always forgot something, either to replenish the towels or the coffee. every day we had to go to the elevator was out and there was no one to help cary front desk. The worst thing was that the elevators do not work and no one to help carry our luggage. "

"Wasn’t my favorite place. Conveniently located near the airport. It is loud, they leave ear plugs for you on the bed. Found pubic hair on the side of the bed, and the bathroom floor is some kind of foam flooring that in front of the toilet is raised and smells like urine. Didn’t notice the smell the first day, but the next morning when the air freshener wore off, you could definitely smell it. "

"I’ve had a bad experience as I was charged twice for the deposit! The money left my account and the reception staff asked me to pay again as the payment was pending, however they pre-authorised the payment! I checked in on the 21st March 2026! I still haven’t received the funds back by 02nd April 2026! The room was dirty when I checked in, I requested to be cleaned, they cleaned on the second day, but the floors were never mopped properly throughout my stay and dust was not cleaned properly! I...
