"Luckily, upon the early arrival we have free checked in the room. The welcome drink was nice. The room was nice decoration with private balcony overlooking to mountain. Front desk staffs were helpful and assisted us during the stay. The dinner at the 1st floor restaurant was amazing with incredible prices compare with the local restaurant. It’s highly of the trip. Wow, the buffet breakfast was excellent with large choice of local and western food. Recommended"

"No thing to complain. Our trip was very smooth from the start. We had good sleep and wonderful local food without going out of the resort. The scenery view is signature of Sapa. We only went to the town for shopping souvenirs, otherwise would happily stay in the resort for the whole time"

They are incredibly kind, always helpful, and genuinely go out of their way to assist with anything you need. The hotel itself is spotless, and the breakfast buffet is absolutely excellent. "Clean room, friendly staff, delicious food, and fun activities stood out. It was our honeymoon resort and my wife enjoyed every minute of her stay there. They had the bedding arranged and the food we had at the resort, both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. I’m glad they used skilled chefs because at most resorts or hotels, food is terrible. This resort had decent chefs that served proper food. "

"The hotel was stunning. We unfortunately came in foggy weather so did not get to enjoy the views but the bungalow was so cosy and comfortable. It has good working air con/heating and an electric blanket in the bed as it was cold when we were there. It's so clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely, the little wooden tub was so cute and made for a lovely hot bath. It was clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They accomodated early check in as soon as a room...
