"Very disappointed in our stay. No hot water in our suite showers on 2 occasions. We encountered 2 Broken elevators at the property. Our first room 2022 in the older part of the resort had a broken Hot tub. Paint bubbling and peeling off the ceiling in the bathrooms. Heavily Stained towels. In need of several repairs. Our next room We tried several dishes from room service they were all mediocre to not good. We found an open “staple “ yes staple in our carrot cake. "

"I gave my trip 3 stars for a few reasons. To start, when we arrived, we were in a rush to make it to our sailboat excursion and needed our luggage as quickly as possible. We were assured that our bags had already been delivered to the room, but on the way there, I noticed they were still sitting in the lobby. Had we not seen and grabbed them ourselves, we would have been late to our excursion. Additionally, the room was extremely cold upon arrival — around 65°F. I adjusted the AC before...

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Our room, although not overly luxurious, was clean, well equipped, well maintained, and the bed was comfortable . The common areas are impeccable clean and nicely equipped. This resort has three pools, two more family oriented, and one adult only. All were perfectly clean, clear, and staffed with many friendly food and drink waiters. The dining options are plentiful and the quality of food was good. We participated liked the Italian and Japanese restaurants...
