"What a wonderful stay! The hotel was central to everything in Bristol, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was roomy and very comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend! "

"Room was lovely , spacious and airy , we had room 58 , 1 double balcony window and a large double window which overlooked a country path . Staff were great ,willing and helpful , Even charged my phone overnight because i forgot charger , only downside was pillows were too hard for my liking and threw them on the floor but alround thumbs up"
