"We enjoyed having the shuttle bus to and from the airport on a regular schedule which made our stay in Amsterdam so much easier especially when the trains went on strike. the breakfast buffet was enjoyable and good options available. Found not being able to pay by cash a little frustrating especially for small purchases but otherwise very happy with our choice and would stay again if ever we are in Amsterdam again"

"The room was clean, comfortable, top notch and the hotel has good amenities. My only peeve is that housekeeping did not stop by my room after my first night, and therefore my bed was not made and both dirty mugs nor replaced. Also, the kettle failed to function the morning I was leaving for the airport. "It's a good basic hotel. We stayed there because it was close to the airport and had a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The only challenge is that there is *three* ibis branded hotels near the airport. The shuttle services all three so be sure to know which ibis you are staying at either the Ibis (red logo); Ibis budget (blue logo); or Ibis styles (green logo). Not aware of this difference, our Uber driver dropped us off at the Ibis - red logo. We had to catch the airport shuttle...
