Rang the number given on the email and spoke to a very unhelpful man who said he couldn’t do anything for me unless I had an eight figure code which I had to get from Hotel.com. "Perfect location in the heart of Wroxham/Hoveton. Nowhere better to sit and enjoy a drink by the river and watch the hustle and bustle of river life, tempered by the tranquility of the wildlife. Exceptionally friendly staff, especially if you are a dog, as one staff member quoted " We love dogs more than we love people" but qualified that by saying the "We love people also" and it shows.
