I did have a complication there with my original room which I had a mini leak through the wall. I called the front desk and they cleaned it up and I was offered another room with a upgrade from my regular room to a VIP suite with a swimming pool in the room. Clean, comfortable space lots of different pool areas. Like the big fridge in the room. Don’t know that I would go back to this area nothing to do with the hotel."

"We absolutely loved our stay. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. We were surprised by all the amenities: from a beach bag and beach slippers, to a bathroom and room slippers. The breakfast buffet was superb! We are frequent travelers and this was by far the largest breakfast buffet we had. If you’re traveling during a birthday, they also provided a super tasty cake with candles. The beach front was a definite plus. We 100% recommend this resort. "
