"The area is low-key (no loud parties) and the security is tight. The food is amazing! The water is a bit murky for snorkeling, but the pools are nice. Lots of mosquitoes, but the restaurant is pleasant with fans. "

"Pros: This resort was absolutely beautiful. The common areas were clean and well- maintained. The portions for food were good, the poolside bar was fun, and the pool itself was amazing. Much of the staff was friendly. Cons: During our 9- day stay, or room was only cleaned three times, and we had to ask them to clean it. Our sheets weren't changed once. There was a 16% service fee for everything at the resort, which didn't include tips. A large amount of the staff were polite but not at all...
