"This resort was an enormous disappointment and felt like a complete misrepresentation of what was advertised. The beach was one of the biggest letdowns there was very little actual beach space, and it was not swimmable, which completely undermines the vacation experience. The pool chairs were extremely uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was dreary and uninspired. Everything was beige and generic, with the feel of a Midwest airport hotel rather than a luxury Caribbean...

"The room was very clean and well kept. Issues we had included a TV that suddenly stopped working while we watched and the lights in the bathroom flickered uncontrollably. We weren’t in the room much, so it didn’t affect us too much. However, the property itself was amazing with breathtaking views of the water and boats nearby. The staff is super friendly and responsive. Its location is in the center of everything in Simpson Bay but that also includes the traffic at certain times of the day that...

"The rooms where clean however there is not place to turn a/c down so it was a little cold in the rooms. The rsturant right by the water was my fav during happy hour. It is a more quiet hotel so not for the party folk! Got us a cab any time we needed. most staff were nice but a couple seemed annoyed. "

"The property was fully equipped with everything you need. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, big smart tv’s in living room & bedroom, bathroom come with hair dryer. The hotel is set up like an apartment. It’s next to all the restaurants & stores & night life. I would recommend you have a car to get up & down the parking garage or you will be walking up the hill. Also it’s a rooftop pool that’s 24 hrs. Only issue I had with my unit was the shower was back up"

"Great Hotel, front desk staff was excellent and caring. Only drawback is if you rent a car there’s a secondary parking that is off the property and you have to rely of the security guard to come to let you in or out the parking. If you are planing to rent a car, call the hotel in advance so they can get you a remote control so you park at the hotel private parking without depending on someone if you want to leave or come back to the off site parking. "
