"The bedsheets and mattress were wet and some moist smell was coming. One half of the bathroom sliding door was broken. The beds are very small for twin beds’ size. There was no proper process/queue for check-in. It was not managed properly and anyone was coming in between and was checking in. The hotel seems to be overcrowded. The beach was not accessible. "Great location, very close to Minneriya Safari. Has a nice jungle vibe, surrounded by monkeys and Toucans. The accommodation and food is decent. We booked four people, but the staff tried to claim that we only get 3 beds. It was quickly resolved and they added an extra bed to the room. "
