"The service is what made this stay amazing. Don’t be put off by the somewhat tired communal areas. The pools are super clean and beautiful, the rooms are lovely and clean and well maintained, the food was fantastic. The spa is fantastic and worth every penny. What really stood out was the amazing staff. They went out of their way to make sure we had a 10/10 stay, shout out to Cam and Loan who couldn’t have done a better job. We had an amazing few days chilling, definitely recommend...

"The location is convenient for commuting. Beautiful view of the Huong River. It was so peaceful! The breakfast buffet was delicious and had many options from Vietnamese cuisine to Western food. Staff were friendly and helpful. Their hospitality was great!"
