My only complaint is that their tap water is malfunction in my first room, only hot water?! But friendly immediately apologied and changed another room for me."

"The staff at Orchid Hotel are very kind and welcoming. They set up our room special for our honeymoon and provided a free cake as well, which was so nice. They were attentive and helpful with tips for things to do. The area around the hotel can be quite noisy at night, making rest difficult for light sleepers. The building itself is a bit stale and could use a refresh. We felt as though our 'Romance Room' did not match the photos here on Expedia. "
