"I stay there every time I am in Tokyo. My office is in the office part of the building. The staff is uniformly excellent. And now that I know of the new South Entrance to the Shibuya Station even Metro is very easy."

"Everything was as expected except a sewage smell in the bathroom. It was a faint smell at first. Over the 3 day stay it got stronger time to time. Some of the towel smelled like burned rubber or something. A chemical smell. "
