"Nice room for me on the third floor. You can pretty much see the whole matterhorn which is the part matters the most for travellers. The room is clean with all drinks included in the fridge and the bottom of the still water bottle has a matterhorn-shaped and I am very delighted seeing and be able to have it for free. breakfast was delightful and various dishes supplied. Shuttle bus picked us up from and to the train station which is very nice. Although I have waited about 45 mins for the pick-up...

"Amazing! The room was incredible. The sauna and spa was luxurious. We stayed there for our anniversary and they had a special surprise for us. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Truly a five-star experience. Will stay here again. "
