"This is a wonderful modern hotel. The room was great, great views. Friendly staff. An awesome wellness area. Great dinners and the breakfast was amazing. They will pick you up and take you to the train station for a fee. Easy to get there by taking the gondola to Furi and then a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Would love to go again!!"

"We only booked this hotel for one night with the view of catching the glacier express in the morning but stayed for 3 nights as the town experienced bad weather with no power. The hotel went above and beyond to make guest feel welcome on the subsequent night. They didn’t charge any of the guests for the 2nd night stay as the there was no power at the hotel (not their fault as the whole town didn’t have town, infact the whole valley was without power for 2 days. "Wow! We have loved all our stops, but what do you say about a place that is very clean, has a huge room, large bathroom AND a balcony that looks directly at Matterhorn?!! I say that we will be back.
