"Excellent and quiet place"

" Average hotel but no more. Impossible to find parking place. Spa is smallest I've ever seen. They charge 60 leva for 100cl cognac but doesn't evet have glasses. TV on lodge vas troubling and we said several times but nobody even bothered. Only good thing was the restaurant and food was very good. Overall hotel is not worth even 2 stars "

"Manager of reception was very unfriendly and uninformed. Other staff was wonderful. Food does not correspond exactly to 5 star hotel. I wish them to improve the quality of the food in the restaurant. In this direction can definitely do some work. Wonderful location of the hotel, the rooms are great /cleaned every day/, the beds large and comfortable. The spa is good. One of the biggest advantages is silence."

"We have stayed at this hotel two years in a row. The hotel is well located for access to the Gondola. The rooms are clean, albeit a little dated. The spa is an added bonus after a day on the slopes and the included breakfast is good. "

"I stay in a one bed apartment and was thankful for the air-conditioning as it was hot outside. Plenty of room for one person and there was a view of the mountain from the windows. I had to buy some microwave cookware as there was no specific items of that kind in the apartment but that was the only thing that let the place down. "
