"The reason why I rated Hampton Inn, sort of low is due to the pool was not operational. I specifically rented a room at this hotel because of the pool and it was my daughter‘s 18th birthday. I also found a small bug in my bed however I was so tired and a little tipsy. I did not call down to report it. Erin E Courtney "

"The room was clean and nice. There was no staff at the main desk everytime I went there. I saw one staff for my entire stay. No housekeeping services. There were cigarette butts all over the ground at the side door, like someone dumped the cigarette disposal and never cleaned it up. It was there for at least 24 hours. "

"My room was so lovely, with a comfortable bed, a nice view of the city, very clean, and quiet. It's a great location for exploring the city - walkable to good restaurants (I loved La Bola), the GeVa Theater, Planetarium, and many good coffee shops (Albunn was fantastic). This hotel just has so much more character than a chain. Highly recommend! "

"Location of School 31 is convenient to many local activities. The re-use of the building is wonderful. Decor is fun and comfortable. We would certainly stay here again. It was a little quirky with the bathroom area being open to the rest of the room. Our room was on the road-side of the building and there was some traffic noise. The bed was very comfortable and room temperature controls were easy to use."

"The parking lot has very bad holes which never seems to be fixed. There was no hot breakfast served all days that we were there like they used to due to "unforseen circumstances". There was a party that started at 11 pm and went to 1:30 to 2 am and no staff came to correct the situation. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom after it was used that lasted for hours. It smelled like someone defecated on the floor in the bathroom. The bottom sheet on the one double bed did not fit and came...

"We were put in Building B where there is no elevator. It’s one set of steps but with knee issues. They were willing to give me a smaller room bed in Building A which had an elevator. "
