"While my family and I had a great time, the resort did leave a lot to be desired. The staff we were greeted with were wonderful and upgraded our rooms for my nieces birthday which was so kind, so I can’t thank Esmailyn enough for that. However, the rest of the resort was just okay overall. Our rooms were fine but there were multiple small issues around the rooms (scuffed walls, dirty grout, ants / mosquitoes). Went to the front desk to speak to management, was sent to customer relations who would determine if the complaint warrant a visit from the manager, never saw the manager and compliants were never resolved."

"Great place and super staff. Food good and all places had super great service. Need to rebuild the pool at castle as no skimmer and part of decking in the water. So oil and dirt on surface. Other pools were great. Of course the algae issues, not the fault of the hotel. Again the people and staff could not have been better. All really nice and helpful."
