"No Ac/ Room dirty, not same room as the one they show for city view king size, 2/3 elevators weren’t working, also if you don’t ask about any other fees they don’t tell you that you have a $38 a day food and beverage fee that will be removed from deposit whether you use it or not and I thinks it’s sneaky because they don’t tell you so they can make more money if you don’t use it. Horrible!"

"I had an op at OCH on 59th St, and found Fitzparick Hotel was a 6 minute walk away. What a gem! Immaculate, beautiful bar & restaurant with all amemities needed and an old- mansion type atmosphere. The staff were extremely attentive, and I highly recommend this hotel! For a quick meal, My Pie Pizzeria Romana was directly across the street, with the best NY fresh pizza we've ever eaten! Highly recommend both the eggplant parm pizza and chicken alfredo pizza. Also- only a 19 min walk to Grand...

"Great location with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops around. The walls, windows, and doors do not block out a lot of sound, but that is expected for NYC. You could easily hear the street and other guests, bring earplugs (they supplied some also). The towels were very low quality and each person only gets one per night, so plan for that. "Would 100% stay here again. They are accomodating, clean, have good coffee and croissant, excellent hospitality, and access to reduced cost parking. Good HVAC, spacious one bedroom studio suite, safe environment. I forgot to print a presentation and to bring my toothbrush, both were easily taken care of by their accessible and polite staff. "
