Buffet closed from 3:30-6 with very limited options at other snack bar locations, also often out of stock."

"Such an amazing trip. We stayed in the Akumal property and it was so great to be able to use all of the other properties. We all talked about making this an annual trip! Can’t wait to go back."

"Overall, the resort is very beautiful and organized. It’s pleasant to simply be there with the modern design and look. However, the rooms are a bit poorly established: the bathroom did not have a fan so throughout our weekly stay, the smell was pungent. The staff was very nice and respectful, and it was very nice to have a shuttle system traveling 24/7 past all living quarters to pick up and drop off the people vacationing. We really enjoyed the events that were planned throughout our time. It was well prepared for and fantastically performed. I highly recommend this stay to others, overall it’s an amazing location with amazing service to relax and have a lot of fun "

"Pool was nice a little cool but you got used to it. We’re more beach people so we spent most of our time there. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Claudia,Isabelle, Yeplady (?) and Eduardo??, (not sure of the last two’s names sorry) went above and beyond! Rooms were well cleaned daily. Food was great!"
