"Our room was beautiful, comfortable and spacious. We loved the pool and ocean access, and lounging on the beach. The staff at Casa Altamar were the best we met on our 2 week trip to Mexico. They were so kind, accommodating and thoughtful. Tulum is a unique destination, with different "zones," each with their own vibe. Casa Altamar is north of the town center and "party" beach area. That means you get a quiet and secluded beach (huge plus!) It is a 15min drive to town if you want to explore...

"I would recommend it for a few nights only. Food options are limited but having free access to the 4 cenotes, zip lining and other features made it amazing and a great value. Would appreciate longer hours for the cafeteria. Good prices and excellent staff. "
