Independent, Ellerby, Saltburn-by-the-Sea

"Hotel was nice, but was in the middle of some renovation. We are pensioners with an elderly dog, the lift was out of order. We were on the third floor so we had 70 steps to go up and down when we wanted to go in or out. Our room was lovely. The food was great and staff very helpful. Would go back again in the future."

"The hosts, Andy and Ann are very friendly and approachable and ready to sort out any issues. I enjoyed the full English breakfast every morning which was cooked to order and a self service area for tea, coffee, toast etc. Since my last visit a couple of years ago the Wi-Fi has been much improved and the small TV has been replaced with a 40" smart TV. The grounds are always well kept. The only downside was using Expedia for the first time. They told me my room was booked but Saltburn House...
