"The lift was out of action and it would seem that it had been for some time. Whilst I have no problem using the stairs (as I prefer the exercise) this would have caused a major problem for some of my friends whom normally would have stayed as well. Also, no mention of this was made when booking."

Room spacious if slightly dated - very quiet, comfy bed, nice wardrobes, good work space, iron plus ironing board, hairdryer, kettke etc. Restaurant very good. Good variety of food on offer with everything I ate cooked fresh. Proper bar as well. Excellent on site parking. Not my first stay at this hotel and won't be my last."
