Such a great beach hotel! Our room was beautiful and clean. Part of the amenities are beach service 2 chairs, 1 umbrella and towels. You do have to get there right when they open up at 9 if you want an umbrella, they run out quickly. Heather was amazing at check in, she was so friendly and welcoming. ...

Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach
The property is beautiful and well-maintained however, the management needs customer service and decorum training. Staff was super friendly and accommodating but front desk management was rude and very sarcastic. I will not be returning.
