"Overall the hotel was very nice. Self parking and valet parking is available but very high priced. The facility is isolated being on a point near the water so there is limited parking anywhere in the area. Other than the parking issue the facility was a great place to stay."
"Well worth the extra for a suite with the baby. The balconies we perfect and we watched the boats and ferry. Beds were very comfortable, pool was great, water filling station is a bonus. Will be back for sure!!"

"Our room was a suite (with balcony), and it was the nicest suite I have ever stayed at besides Toledo (Spain) and the most prestigious hotel suite in San Francisco, CA. It was 2.5 blocks easy walk to the Harbor and the Empress where we had high tea reservations.

"Great pool and hot tub water was warm. Room was quiet and beds were comfortable. Area walking down government into Victoria had a lot of homeless people which was sad to see."

"Beautiful property. Our room had a view of the harbour. Although there was a shortage of wait staff, the staff were friendly hardworking and did their best to keep everyone happy. The inside and outside bar were favourite stops before bed after we explored all day. There is some smart technology on the toilets which is great ( we have one at home that is a step up but this was refreshing to see as more environmentally friendly). "
