"Great location, massive rooms, only issue we had was that the lobby and elevators to the rooms are on the second floor. The elevator from the main floor to the lobby was out of order during our stay and we were travelling with small children and a stroller which made things difficult "

"My friend and I had reservations through a timeshare and were very disappointed so we found a room at the outrigger on line. We arrived at 9 pm and were greeted by Robert. He was very kind and we were able to upgrade to a Diamond Head suite. We were ecstatic with our room, set-up, views and location. This hotel has everything. Great restaurants, catamarans, beach activities desk, and an amazing beach. The staff there was all amazing. The only thing missing was an outdoor poolside jacuzzi/spa....
