"This property has an amazing view of the London Bridge. Many eating options at hotel. Concierge was very helpful. The rooms are a bit “used”. The shampoo/conditioner containers were empty and one broken off wall. Had to ask for more. Our mattress needed replacement. Felt like you were falling out of bed all night. No refrigerator and I needed one for medication. Offered a portable one that barely kept cool. Not one to complain but when checking in offered an upgrade and paid extra and I...

"I liked the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. It was within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The staff cleaning staff and valet were very attentive. The lighting in the bathroom could be better. The hostess at the restaurant was a bit snooty, walking by me several times before acknowledging me. I would definitely recommend the hotel. It was well worth the price. "
