"Bexs rooms are a great find we had rooms 1and 2 we were not disappointed. Easy to find, parking by the rooms. rooms were clean,tidy, had everything that we wanted.beds were great we slept like a baby!! Outside area with table and chairs was a nice touch. This will definitely be our go to place when we are back in Ferring seeing family ....thanks for a great stay "

"Peter was very welcoming upon our arrival. The cleanliness is exceptional, and is amongst the best we have ever experienced. Thought has been given to the smallest detail, The interior design, decor and ambiance is outstanding. Dave and Peter serve up a wholesome breakfast treat, which on its own makes us want to return. It is very close to the Goodwood motor racing circuit. This was perfect to enjoy a weekend getaway. For a bed and breakfast, our experience may be likened to a five star hotel....

"This was our first visit. We found it a brilliant place to stay with stunning views and friendly owners. Ash cottage was perfect for our needs, had everything you would need for even a longer stay, we only stayed three nights. It was great to play a small part in bringing the cows in too. Lovely local pub, The Gun, down the hill in Findon serving delicious food was a welcome first nights place for dinner. Check in was brilliant with Emma emailing over the clear directions and easy arrival...
