Clean room and staff was very friendly. NO laundry on site as advertised. On site restaurant was ok, just make reservations! They were completely EMPTY on several days and would tell you they had no room due to reservations, and not a single seat was occupied. Made no sense and they lost customers ...

Banyan Harbor Resort
Excellent location excellent Condo the only cons is we had one bath for the whole family even we rented two bad two bath but was one bed and one and half bath Everything else was great

Hanalei Bay Resort
When we were upgraded to a nicer room due to the poor conditions of the room, we were given our stay was much more enjoyable.
