"Do not stay here, the place is unfinished and the staff whilst helpful are untrained. The ‘beach’ is a strip of sand behind concrete blocks. The sea and surrounding areas are very dirty and lots of rubbish. At one end there is tones of rubbish piled up, the other end there is a huge rusty barge that has pumps and welders on all day. The resort is on a very steep hillside and the only way to get up to room is by buggy which never arrives when you order it. Ordered beers in both the pool bar...

"PP Princess is a gem, perfect location right on the beach. Great villas. Close to everything but far away enough not to be disturbed by the cool beach bar clubs next door.. so calm and comfortable.. if you like cats, there is a bonus.. the hotel cats are well cared for and they are adorable. "

"All around nice hotel, nice staff. Only small downside is the noise since the hotel is in the middle of the bar street and very close to slinky beach bar. But they provide earplug in the room and it’s not that bad at night. Also very nice pool with a very good barman, makes the best drinks"

"I had to book this place last minute & I’m so glad I did. Had the cutest decor! The smoking area was very cute and convenient with a beautiful view from the top floor, easily accessible right by all of the activities/ shopping center in phi phi. I would definitely stay again. 10/10 service. "

"Hôtel très agréable La chambre est magnifique et fonctionnelle Le petit déjeuner bon et le restaurant bénéficie d’une vue imprenable sur le golf Bémol pour la piscine qui ne fonctionnait pas et le fait qu’on nous facture les navettes après 21h L’hôtel est inaccessible à pieds car trop loin de la ville, ce n’est pas au client de payer le transport surtout à cette heure là; les navettes devraient systématiquement être comprises dans le prix "
