"The road leading up to the resort is narrow and not well lit. I do not recommend walking around this area. The facilities themselves are beautiful, well maintained, and well-run. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice as well. The staff were super friendly but there were a few issues communicating with the resort staff. Though it is close to the beach it is not very close to any night life on foot. "

"I stayed with coconutspalm resort over the New Years period and I’ve got to say it was just over average. It’s overpriced for what it is and you have to spend quite a bit of money on taxis to and from Lamai beach, so your best bet is to rent a scooter. I will say that the manager Fred is very good at his job and he did everything to sort any problems out we may of had. He even offered us a free upgrade.
