"Generally it was value for money. However the room I stayed in was poor. Ancient tv, mismatching furniture, lamp and lights that didn’t work. On the upside the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was good. Trying to arrange a meal was a nightmare but the staff did their best to understand English. They were very friendly. I probably wouldn’t stay here again."

"Love this property! We stay for 2 weeks at a time. Clean and beautiful property. Close, walking distance to everything in downtown Lamai. Wish the beach chairs were updated, they are a bit worn down. Thai food at the restaurant is good and extremely well priced. Love the pools and access to the beach"

"The manager of the resort immediately informed us on arrival that you will not book the private pool villa stay 1 bedroom at the already paid price. She told us that the pool villa is only available with only 3 bedrooms. We then found out, this was definitely a lie. We have a key for all rooms. The manager could have closed the non-use rooms. This has never happened to us and a joke."
