It was great! So close to Paddington, easy to move around town (even when the strikes were on), the place is clean, the bed super comfy and the staff were polite and always willing to help. Would definitely stay here again, if I return to London.

We arrived during the hours that reception was open and the member of staff explained everything in detail about how to get in and out of the building. A little hidden gem! I was apprehensive about booking and staying here, but how wrong could I have been. Usually I’ll be staying in hotels that would be 3-4 star minimum, with spas etc. Of course this place isn’t that but for the price you pay, and the cleanliness of the room I would happily recommend this place to friends and family Great location for Paddington station and also lots of pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Realise you get what you pay for, and you’ll be blown away. Had a chat with the team on my departure too and they were so lovely and helpful

Comfortable, clean and well equipped room. Roads around are a little noisy, but can't escape the location. Took a while to find the message with the code and instructions to get into the hotel, so find this before you arrive.

Small well maintained property. Clean room with enough space for 1 guest (or a couple). Very professional and responsive staff. Property located in a vibrant and very lively neighborhood, with a lot of restaurants and shops, at walking distance from Paddington train station and subway. Value for money.
