"Pleasant staff.
Food is awful! We waited over an hour for a dried out chicken skewer, watery and totally tasteless ravioli with pesto from a jar. My child’s steak was tough and inedible. The chicken tikka skewer was so dried out it was no longer edible - I spat out the only bite I took! At least it was removed from the bill.
We were NOT offered the dinner “bundle” for £19.99, we had to ASK. I only happened to notice the sign at the bar when asking for change. Otherwise, we would have paid an...

"We stayed here overnight as our flight was delayed and arrived near the midnight. There is a shuttle at Gatwick platform 9 (south terminal) that will take you to this hotel for £5. The check in was straight forward and easy. The room was super clean with comfortable bed and quiet. Highly recommend for any overnight stay and easy access to Gatwick."

"Drunk male receptionist took ages to check us in , then given me a room I haven’t book .
