"Accueil exceptionnel et d’une grande amabilité, aussi bien à la réception qu’au rooftop. La chambre supérieure avec vue sur le lac est très design et agréable. Seul petit bémol : la vue est un peu gâchée par les barres extérieures de la structure de l’hôtel.
À souligner également : un excellent petit déjeuner !

"Nice hotel, extremely well located downtown Neuchâtel, with easy parking and minutes away from the funicular and train station.
I have never seen hotel staff this dedicated to their guest's comfort. Amazing team who went the extra mile on everything that made us feel so welcomed. Will definitely go back."

"Hotel is situated close to the old town center, on the street going to train station, however well isolated from street noise; the room we rented was huge , the largest we rented in our vacation in Switzerland , with plenty of storage, two desks with chairs; bed was also big and comfortable; even the bathroom had plenty of storage ; room had also an extra space a closed balcony with a table and two chairs . From our room we could not see the lake Geneve but the receptionist recommended a lounge...
