"Our stay at this establishment was perfect although it was a short stay. Very pleasant and friendly staff. The hotel lounge was very spacious with comfortable seating arrangements. The outside garden for beverages was useful especially during the hot days. The breakfast was simply the best I have experienced for a while. So much variety on offer and plenty to choose from. From cold buffet to cooked breakfast. The choice for beverages was plentiful. I have nothing to be negative about except new building developments nearby but that cannot be attributed to the hotel as it is beyond their control. Great stay, excellent staff and splendid hospitality and breakfast. Will stay there again."

"My husband and I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the breakfast is excellent. The only minor downside is that the hotel is a little far from the city centre. However, this wasn’t a major issue because there is a bus stop nearby, making it easy to get around. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay."

"Very clean and tidy. Obviously newly refurnished and very nicely done so. Helpful staff and I was surprised by the amount of amenities (fridge, microwave, TV). Very close to the University and a short walk into town, as well as very close to a bus stop that goes directly to and from the train station. Overall, it was great and very convenient, thank you."

"Only one criticism I have is about the parking .There are only 2 parking spaces at the B&B this only came to my attention when I had booked and received the welcome email/text .i was lucky while I was staying I managed to get one for the 3 days .Other than its a great place to stay very clean and well maintained ."
