"The quadra key apartments are a short tram ride from the centre of Florence. Very handy and clean the check in process was easy and the team was very attentive. Only negative would be for me the main road along with the trams can be heard from inside the apartment so if you are a light sleeper it might be an issue."

"The hotel and rooms were tired looking and need updating. There was continuous noise in our room coming from the from the plumbing and ventilation. Also there were numerous mosquitos throughout the hotel and we ended up with numerous bites. "

"Excellent hotel, well appointed rooms. Very courteous and helpful staff! This hotel is away from city centre. The hotel does offer free shuttle service to the nearest tram station through the day. The trams run every 10 minutes to city center. The hotel has a good fitness ce ter, breakfast buffet and hot spa pool! Giovanni and Samuel the chauffeurs for the shuttle were extremely pleasant and hospitable! All in all - a good stay! "

"Room was clean, a bit small but there was everything that I needed. Breakfast was a buffet with pastries, eggs, bacon, fruits and veggies, so very good for the price. The staff was kind and even spoke to me in french (my language). It was perfect!"

"It's little far from the central but it's ok. But the room use by password, there is no key lock so i couldnt sleep, feeling unsafe. The room quite small and the mirror in front of my bed. There was no water in the room and I can hear the sound like gun shot outside, around seems so quite. The price much more higher than other place but service is not really good. Anyway the decoration of the hotel is nice. Good price i can find compare with central at the moment."
