"The quadra key apartments are a short tram ride from the centre of Florence. Very handy and clean the check in process was easy and the team was very attentive. Only negative would be for me the main road along with the trams can be heard from inside the apartment so if you are a light sleeper it might be an issue."

"Terrible room, we paid 200 euros for the room. There were cockroaches, it smelled like feet, they gave us a handicapped room, and the staff were trying to put up a fight with us over us changing the room. Any hotel is better than this, even a motel. The staffs do real good disservice to you for 200 euros, they cant even clean up after peoples messes in the rooms. Overall, a terrible hotel with an unhealthy environment, bad hygiene, almost awful customer service, and unchanged bed sheets. 0/10."

"The staff was fantastic. Our flight got canceled so we needed somewhere to crash. The hotel is old and not updated, AC was not very good and it was hot in Florence. It got us through the night. The location is not great if looking for convenience, there is nothing really around and near highway"

"This hotel is not located right by the main attractions in the old part of Florence. Fortunately, it offers a shuttle that takes guests to the nearest tram station. From there, at the cost (as of June 2026) of 1.70 euros, one can get to the old part of town in about 15 minutes. If one should want to get back to the hotel before 10 p.m., then it is possible to arrange the shuttle to come pick you up at the same tram station. "Das Hotel bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Parkplatz ist praktisch und die Anbindung an die Stadt mit der Bahn ist in Ordnung, auch wenn die Fahrt etwa 35 Minuten dauert. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm. Am letzten Tag wurde jedoch unsere Zimmertür nach der Reinigung offen gelassen. Es wurde zwar nichts entwendet, dennoch sollte so etwas nicht passieren. "We had a short overnight stay. We had a very early flight out of Florence and chose the property for its proximity to the airport. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The desk was open 24 hours and was able to call a taxi for us who arrived within minutes. This location was perfect for our needs."
