"Great location with less than 10min walking from Amsterdam Centraal station. Most major tourism places and tram stops are also quite close. I really enjoyed the trip with the property at the center of the old small town, Amsterdam. I would like to emphasize however that the property is a guest house, not a hotel. No hotel like services with reception/concierge are available. It is mixture of air b&b and hotel. It has kitchen, laundry, towel replacement everyday, room/bed cleaning everyday. ...

"I loved the high ceilings. Bathroom was spacious, so was the room. I didn’t like that the towels smelled bad and the shower door was broken from beforehand. It almost fell on me. I let the staff know, but nothing was done about it during our stay. However, the staff at the front desk were super kind. I enjoyed dining in the open area. The free breakfast was great! Also, I really appreciated that we were able to leave our luggage in the lobby post check out, so that we could still make the most...

"We had a great stay. It’s far enough out of town that it’s not too busy, but still plenty around to explore. Also a really nice walk into town in the mornings! It was clean, comfy and balcony was lovely. Did everything we needed it to do. Would have loved a fridge! Would stay here again :)"

"Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was in a great neighbourhood and is an easy walk to Muiderpoort station which is only around a 4 minute train journey to Amsterdam Central station. I would definitely recommend a stay a Q-Factory Hotel."
