Top Old Custom House Hotel Reviews

Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"The ocean view is wonderful"

Victorian Inn

8/10 Good

"Great location close to Cannery Row. Breakfast was really good. The property has paid parking ($17 a day). Room was a nice size with a really nice bathroom and shower. Staff was friendly and changed towels and sheets when you needed. No A/C in the room, but they did provide a tower fan. Our room was right on a main road and was a bit loud."

The Monterey Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Used valet parking and they were perfect. Place is close to everything! Perfect!!"

Monterey Bay Lodge

10/10 Excellent

"looking forward to my next visit"

Cannery Row Inn

8/10 Good

"So close to aquarium which was our goal"

Monterey Bay Inn

10/10 Excellent

"Staff was great. Perfect location the end of cannery row."

Stargazer Hotel

8/10 Good

"Another renovated hotel. It's not bad, but I didn't really like the no-front-desk-staff... so all check-in/out is done online, and if you need to talk so someone, you use a teleconference booth in the lobby to talk to a person in a call center somewhere other than here. All answers are generic, "if you can't find parking, park on the street - it's safe," or "bring items from the vending area in front of the screen and I'll activate the credit card reader for you to buy them." It just felt impersonal & cost-cutting. I will likely not stay here again, even though the stay was fine. This is not the type of business I want to support."

Casa Munras Garden Hotel & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"I will be booking again.."

Arbor Inn Monterey

10/10 Excellent

"Perfect for my trip. The rooms were cute and clean."
