"We checked in late and let the staff know ahead of time. They were extremely helpful having everything prepped for us in advance so that it was a seamless process. "I had a very bad experience from start to finish in this property.. I don't recommend it to anyone.. The property is located on the 3rd floor and the lift was Not working.. No hot water in the bathroom ( I didn't have shower for all the period I stayed there, ( I reported the problem to the cleaner who tried to fix it by herself but she couldn't ).. The toilet seat was cracked so every time I used the toilet, the toilet seat pinched my bottom and that was very painful.. No reception desk so...

"Unfortunately, our experience at Mama’s Home Rome was very disappointing. Andrea was extremely unhelpful and even appeared to fake a back injury to avoid assisting us with our luggage up several flights of stairs. While the bathroom was modern and nicely renovated, the rest of the apartment felt somewhat dirty, uncomfortable, and not particularly well maintained. Overall, we would never stay here again and would strongly recommend choosing one of the many better accommodations available...

"We enjoyed our stay! Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was our favorite thing. The cons: our room was fairly small and you had to step up another level to get into the bathroom. Because of this, in the middle of the night, my husband fell and cut his arm badly. The staff was very nice though, and tried to take care of the cut. It was hard to find the doors Into the hotel and the doors out of the hotel if that makes sense."
