"This hotel is in the middle of Birmingham, within walking distance to the Bullring and New Street Station, so ideal for an overnight stay. I would recommend the Executive Rooms, whilst you pay a minimal amount more, they are of a much better quality than the other rooms. I had a slight issue on my last stay but the reception staff sorted it immediately. "

"Room was spacious but the AC wasn’t working which was fine as they provided a fan. But we were offered a free drink. The fridge didn’t work which could be an issue for people who need it for health reasons but they had someone to fix it straight away, sadly it wasn’t fixable. The bar was great and plenty of seating. Breakfast was massive and really tasty but the coffee was like warm. Had a nicer one back in the room. "

"Good hotel in good location "

"During a 12-day rail trip around England, this was one of eight stops along the way. I prioritized locations within short walks from a train station throughout the trip, and this property fit that plan. This was our first time staying at an easyHotel property and we REALLY liked it. Room was great value, and although we had to pay for luggage storage, the staff were very fair in the interpretation of the bag policy and didn't gouge us. I will definitely be looking for this brand of hotel in the future."
