"I really enjoyed my stay at the Grosvenor. I appreciated its history and the two lounges had comfy seating. It was a few minutes walk away from The Hoe where I enjoyed strolling and sitting on the benches looking out onto the water. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. I loved the deep bath. The bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains made the room nice and dark for sleeping. Breakfast was delicious with many options. I highly recommend this...

"Stunning country castle style hotel. Rooms finished to a very high standard. Staff were wonderfully attentive, seemed genuinely pleased to help and proud of their establishment. "We received a vety friendly welcome and help to take our luggage upstairs. The room was clean and spacious. The ensuite looked in pristine condition and the shoeer was easy to usecand vety good. Breakfast had a number of cooked choices as well as the continental self service. Iverall the staff at the Drake made us very welcome and very comfortable. The jotel is well positioned for the Hoe, Barbican and Railway Station."
