"Nice enough, but nothing special. A couple of little things made it 4 stars not 5- we only had one towel between two of us, the water pressure from the tap was very poor, the lights seemed to not be working all fully, and we couldn’t seem to turn the extractor fan off completely! But the bed was comfy enough and the room was clean. The room was also quiet, we had no road noise. "

"It was nice to see a fresh bottle of milk in the fridge and plenty of amenities for making a hot drink. Really nice touch. The room was wonderful, overall. Nice comfortable bed as well. I would say, the room was slightly dusty in some parts and there was, what looked like hole in the bathroom door, that might have been punched in by someone else before I stayed in the room. Perhaps some improvement there would really be helpful. I would most definitely stay here again, I very much enjoyed it."

"Only about a 15 minute walk to the town centre, good location! It's also in a really quiet and calm neighbourhood that felt very residential and safe. Loved that part."

"Lovely hotel close to the best of Cheltenham. Our only regret was that we got to stay for one night and the residents bar closed quite early. The basement bar was open late but open to nonresidents, so was very busy on a Saturday night!"
