"Our first room had plenty of problems, the shower didn’t provide the option for the rainfall only the hand held, the temperature in the shower kept fluctuating from hot to cold, the safe was defective, the sliding door leading to the balcony wasn’t opening and closing properly. The concierge was very pleasant and helpful, even assisting my family to change to another room. Overall experience was top notch. "

"Food was amazing, Room was super clean, if your younger I recommend you stay more towards Cancun the taxi to get out of here is really expensive and Ubers or didi can’t pick up in playa del Carmen so you’re stuck paying over 100 dollars ONE WAY each time. Also recommend to arrange a way to get here because they also don’t allow uber in the airport and got stuck paying 140 in taxi fees just to get in here.
