Food was great with multiples of great themed restaurants. We really enjoyed the pool and beach bars - drinks were plentiful And great. This was our first time but will come back for sure! Marko the shuttle driver at the hotel was awesome so was Jorge. Juan our waiter at breakfast was great and our favorite was Rosando the lifeguard he made the trip special. Thank you "

"Upon coming to the hotel, I was told that they did not recognize Expedia as my company I went through for my reservation. Multiple conversations were had and it never changed. There was no room upgrade. There was no hundred dollar. Credit toward the spa. Despite telling me the whole time that I had no connection to Expedia for my reservation at the very end when I was checking out, I had an employee from the resort say to me that I booked with Expedia when he was attempting to sell me one of their promotions to come back back and stay."
