"Staff unfriendly at check in. Most places were not open. All rooms were rented had issues, chili g smoke detectors, that took two days to fix, broken phone, toilet and shower. Room decor for birthdays were not done, mine said happy honeymoon and I came solo. Just overall very dissatisfied with this resort. They need customer service help."

They had a golf cart shovel service that took you all throughout the resort. The waterslide park was beautiful and the lazy river with the floating up bar was outstanding.
