"Good and friendly staff"

"The hotel is not the newest.. that being said the front desk staff were knowledgeable friendly, and thoughtful. The housekeeping staff obviously take pride in their work. The room was spotless with little fancy touches you find in 5 star hotels. The bed was really comfortable. The shuttle service is Lyft so the will take you exactly when and where you want to go and it's covered by the hotel. I wouldn't go there for a holiday but as a stay for the airport, totally recommend!"

"Eveything was great"

"We appreciated the quick grab breakfast options (hot breakfast options available for those with later flights) before hitting the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle runs frequently and takes less than five minutes door-to-door. We were leaving our car and appreciated the gates well lit parking lot."

"Smelled like pee"

"We stayed at the top floor of this hotel (Oakland Executive Airport Hotel). It is badly maintained. The carpet in the lobby and hallway to our room is horrible. The shower faucet is dripping even we shut it off. The ceiling tile at the entrance door is falling apart. The worst thing is the odor in our room. We had to turn off the AC because there was a strong odor of smoke or marijuana coming from AC vent. There is also not enough light in our room. It appears there are residents living in that...

"Airport shuttle"

"Clean, comfy beds, great breakfast, quiet and safe surroundings , close to OAK, pleasant staff, kitchenette if you wanted to warm up meals. Definitely a great place to stay if you come into OAK!"

"Nice clean room, spacious, huge walk in shower. Shuttle for a charge and waited longer than anticipated as it's not continuous but associated with Holiday Inn Express. Hotel isolated from eateries in area, but Bistro staff pleasant although food selection overpriced."

"Travelled with our kids and they were delighted with the place, stayed first floor with marina view, woke up to geese and their babies roaming. Hidden gem for sure."

"Breakfast is very simple Parking is expensive, they've charged me for parking then i realized that i can park for free outside the hotel but they refused to refund my payment for parking fees although it was after 10 minutes from my check in!!!"

"I was thirty one evening and found out that the property has no sofa machine and I was also surprised to find out it had no ice machine which is standard in any hotel of this quality. The rug the had cleaned in the lobby was still dirty."

"Stayed in room 107. Wow. This room isn’t advertised on the internet. I didn’t know The Harris had a suite. It felt recently renovated, new, very clean. The AC didn’t work well, only working at times, but other than that, it was a great, large, clean room. Everything was very clean. Thank you to the owners of Harris Motel."

"The toilet no lid, dirty bathroom, sink. Hair still on the bed, blanket not sure cleaned."

"I never been in a homeless shelter but I feel like this is the closest I can get, I picked this place based solely on location, I’m from Oakland and I like the area but I wouldn’t stay again and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it, super dirty and busted."
