"The experience we had here was amazing. They were quick to respond if we had any questions and were very kind and helpful. We are allowed to leave our bags while we continued our sightseeing for the day and that was a great perk. The location was excellent to places that you could walk within a mile or two. "We travel to Rome once a year and have stayed at some beautiful 5 star hotels. However we only needed a hotel for one night before flying early the next day. Do not believe the pictures online. It was a below average hotel for a 4.5 star hotel. It’s awful!!"
