Haven't stayed in this part of Bali before. Found the Hotel very reasonable with excellent restaurants nearby. Great Gym and laundry place just 5 min walk from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were so beautiful and polite they truly made our stay comfortable and we felt safe the whole time. Our room was clean and cleaned daily, it’s close to everything. We had an amazing stay.

I was here for my stay in April, loved it so much, that I returned for my November trip. The rooms are very spacious, and the staff are all friendly, on point, and make you feel at home! I love that they updated their food menu, along with other things. Located in such a convenient area of Seminyak, there are many places nearby that you could walk to, such as restaurants, cafés, etc.

We had a lovely stay there. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It is lovely and peaceful and the pool area is lovely. My only criticism is the tap in the bathroom was corroded and looked bad.

Loved this place—lovely and attentive staff, beautiful pool, cool covered walkway to the building which is inset from the road, making it quiet. Convenient to get to Petitenget and Seminyak beaches. Next door to one of the best restaurants in the area, Livingstone. A wondering retreat and an amazing value!

We recently stayed at Bali Karma and had a wonderful experience.The rates were very reasonable, especially with the complimentary breakfast included. I stayed 9 nights at Bali Kalma. So beautiful, clean, & quiet. All the staff are wonderful, honest, happy & so helpful. Breakfast was included in my stat which was great to have someone else cook for me. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops & nightclubs. I even walked to the beach several times. If you are looking to stay in Seminyak, I can highly recommend Bali Karma for your stay.

Personally I can’t fault it. Staff are amazing, pool beautiful. It’s not overcrowded and perfect for me to gather my thoughts and relax. I’m leaving today rested as you hear nothing but the birds and to look at the amazing gardens that surround it. Wonderful job from the gardeners. Close to everything. I will certainly be staying and recommending this place, not to to many though as I still want to be able to get a booking. lol.

A wonderful place for your family holiday in Bali. We had a great time and should have stayed longer. The property is in an excellent location, in the middle of everywhere, yet so quite and away from the hustle bustle. Good eateries and shopping surround the place. Kuta, Semiyank and Legian like popular beaches are within $10 taxi (blue bird) distances. The hotel's facilities are top notch and well maintained and we found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Infact, my 6 year old became friend of a few. The pool is well kept and enjoyable and so is the hotel's kitchen They have a decent menu to choose from and the pricing seemed reasonable too. I will go back, if I visit Bali again.

【Good points 】・ the staffs (Mainly flont) who was very friendly and helpful. ・The room is very specious ,comfatable & Cleanliness. ・Good location (the hotel is close to a good restaurant, which was very helpful) ・It was very helpful for us to prepare water which was used by brushing teeth every day. 【Unsatisfactory points】・ I was concerned about the very weak water flow. ・ The water flow in the shower was poor and I had to remove the drain cover.

This hotel is situated down the most beautiful bamboo lined driveway and is a lovely property. The pool area is beautiful and although smaller it was never crowded. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help, Breakfast was basic but cooked fresh to order. There is not a lot to do around the hotel but a short walk towards seminyak and there is plenty. Easy to get taxi motorbikes from the hotel to get around too. (80cents-$1.20 to get to restaurants/beach) The rooms were clean and spacious and in good condition. The bathroom was quite dark and also basic amenities into refill bottles - could be improved. We stayed 2 nights and this was enough for us as there was construction immediately next door on view from our room overlooking pool - the workers started at 7am and hammered all day til night. Overall a good stay. Price was reasonable for the experience too.

So much promise on their website but did not deliver. Bathroom flooded Appears to be a walk up bar at pool that does not serve anything (certainly not alcoholic drinks) Staff not very guest friendly / aware Advertisers breakfast which is basic at the most Small area with a few rudimentary tables doubles as dining area Nil atmosphere Quite a distance from beachside Would not recommend unless wanting a very quite / sterile place to stay at

Hotel tap water was running little, toilet was not flushing properly. Kitchen sink dirty and old. We were at the top floor and there was no lift it was very inconvenient for us. Staff and service was great. Staff were very professional and friendly. They did not allow any smoking or vaping in the balcony and the vicinity of the hotel. Hotel is far from main road. Did not let driver park in lobby and waiting for us till we get ready. Would not recommended this hotel to anyone who is travelling to Bali.

The staff at this property were very accomodating, friendly, helpful and courteous. Every day when i left to go out I was asked if I would like my room made up. If I said yes, Id come back to and immaculate room, water bottles replenished, clothes folded brd made, cups washed, and floor mopped plus more! It was an amazing service. Parts of the room were slightly dated but everything was functional. Gardens and pool were maintained daily. When i first got here I didnt think there were many restaurants around this location as the street frontages are not well signposted or well presented but I soon realised there are SO MANY around to suit all price points and tastes. It is about a 1/2 hr walk to yhe beach so if you dont like sweating, I'd suggest organising a taxi (about $8-$10 australian). The street paths are not well maintained so if you have small children or are unsteady on your feet this is not the ideal location to stay. I travelled alone and didnt feel unsafe once I got over the culture shock. There's 24/7 security on the front gate and they always checked where i was going and were always there to welcome me back. I'd usually let them know where i was going at night and for roughly how long. I wouldnt necessarily walk too far on my own at night. That's just me but i think it would actually be ok really. The roads around the hotel are insanely busy but the hotel is set way, way back off the road so you dont hear any traffic noise.

We want to thanks the staff everyone one of them for their excellent services!! We spent 12 incredible days here. They helped us arranged my wife birthday with floating baskets with a big breakfast that included everything plus juice, coffee and coconut for two. They also arrange for her birthday cake and as an additional surprise they decorated our bed with flowers. There was nothing that we I’ll request that they couldn’t provide. There was an incident in the pool that clouded our stay while we and other guests witnessed the owner of the hotel yelling and screaming at the staff in front of us!! There was a moment in which I felt the need to go get a hold of this disrespectful loud woman and tell her to have some respect for her wonderful staff as well as for us the guests. We think that there is a place and time to give instructions. This is during a schedule meeting at a private room or a conference room not in front of the guest. That hotel is running excellent with the staff alone. She should treasure what she has and feel empathy and respect. After all she is a foreigner that was allowed to buy property in their country. Power or micromanaging do not make a person more important or respected it is the way that you run your business and use your power to diminish those less fortunate that are working under you. Again we give the hotel an excellent with 5 start for the staff. Please sch. Staff meeting privately. We are seeking peace not yelling and shouting.
