"Very good location,. friendly staffs and good services."

"J'ai aimé le coté sympathique des employés. J'ai moins aimé qu'il n'y ait pas de placard (valise ouverte sous le lit, car pas de place). La fenêtre ne souvre pas, meme de quelques centimètres. On est veue changer mes draps alors que je partais le lendemain sans que je l'ai sollicité (ils changent les draps tous les 3 jours)."

"Friendly helpful staff, rooms with great air conditioning. Breakfast buffet good, shops and restaurants nearby. Subway station few feet away… excellent for getting around and super easy to use. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit "

"The staff at this hotel are fantastic. This includes hotel staff and restaurant staff. Room was clean and had everything you need. The food at the restaurant was very good. It is very close to the Tokyo Metropolitan Building which has a viewing area on the 45th floor and a light show every night. A must see when in the area. It is located about 15-20 minutes from Shinjuku station so walking to and from the station with luggage was a bit of a struggle. However you could take a taxi if walking...

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Some staff can communicate in English , even if they don't understand English they were tried to google translate and accomodate your needs. I give a thumbs up. The hotel is not new renovation but the bed is clean. The room is actually not that small but if they can either reconfigure the room layout or at least put the chair and the humidifier on a wheel so I can move them around the room is better. "Our room was very nice. Bedding was delightful. We arrived early. Our room wasn’t ready. The invited us to the movie theater, pop corn and a drink right in the hotel building until our room was ready. I suggest you choose a room on the other side of the building from the trains. "
