"The park across the street is a bit sketchy, but other than that it was a very nice experience. Lovely pool, excellent staff, One elevator was broken which was a bit inconvenient. Restaurants are very good, lovely lobby, concierge is wonderful. Our first stay in San Antonio and we enjoyed it. Also, great restaurants nearby, and the River Walk is an easy stroll. all in all, very very nice."

was definitely a plus. But have to deduct some points because. Wifi wasn't working properly, slow intermittent. The air conditioning unit / heater could not be fully turn off. Had to sleep with it on low fan speed setting. And the pillows were to soft/ thin like they be used for a long time and needs to be change."
